Effective Date

Current version

Effective 13 March 2026. We may revise this policy as the product family changes.

1. Information we may collect

  • Account details such as email address, sign-in method, and basic profile information.
  • Learning activity including quizzes, progress, completion history, and preferences.
  • Profiling records, workplace entries, evidence attachments, and approval-related status where those features are used.
  • Support communications you send to us, including screenshots or issue descriptions.
  • Purchase and entitlement status where premium features are made available.
  • Technical and diagnostic information reasonably needed to keep the apps secure and functioning.

2. How we use information

  • To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
  • To provide learning tools, progress tracking, quizzes, profiling, and app support features.
  • To store, display, and retrieve evidence or attachments you choose to add to your profile records.
  • To respond to support requests, investigate issues, and improve reliability.
  • To maintain lawful records relating to purchases, entitlement state, and account actions.

3. Sign-in providers and app services

If you choose to sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook, email/password, or similar account methods made available in the apps, the relevant provider may share account identity information with us as needed to authenticate you.

Where app infrastructure or payment providers are used to operate the services, those providers may process data on our behalf to support authentication, hosting, diagnostics, storage, or purchase confirmation.

4. Photos, documents, and profiling evidence

If you upload or capture photo evidence, documents, testing records, or similar attachments, those items are stored as part of your profile-related records and used to support the workflow you initiate inside the app.

You are responsible for ensuring that any workplace evidence you upload is lawful for you to provide and does not breach confidentiality, privacy, or employer rules.

5. Sharing and disclosure

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We may share information with service providers that help us operate the apps, subject to appropriate handling requirements.
  • We may disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or to address security or fraud concerns.
  • Where the app supports profile submission or review workflows, information may be presented to the parties involved in that workflow.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, support your account, comply with legal obligations, or maintain expected records for your use of the apps.

If the apps provide an in-app account deletion path, you may use it. You can also contact the relevant regional support inbox below for deletion or privacy enquiries.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect account and app data. No service can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your device, passwords, and sign-in methods.
