Terms that apply across the Sparky's Capstone Ready app family.

These terms apply to the apps CapstoneReady, AM2Ready, and JourneymanReady, all operated under Sparky's Capstone Ready.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using any Sparky's Capstone Ready app, you agree to these terms and any applicable platform terms imposed by Apple or another store or sign-in provider you choose to use.

2. Apps covered by these terms

  • CapstoneReady — Australia-focused training and profiling support
  • AM2Ready — United Kingdom-focused training and revision support
  • JourneymanReady — United States-focused training and revision support

Each app may contain region-specific content, terminology, or workflows, but the family-wide legal terms on this page apply to all three.

3. Educational and training-purpose use

The apps are designed as training, study, profiling, and workplace-support tools. They are not a guarantee of qualification, licensing, employment, regulatory approval, or training-provider acceptance.

You remain responsible for checking the official rules, standards, training requirements, and workplace obligations that apply in your region.

4. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and sign-in methods.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account or using profiling and support features.
  • We may suspend or restrict access where misuse, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

5. Premium features and availability

Some features may be offered as free features, premium features, or features marked as coming soon. A feature labelled Coming Soon is not yet active and does not create an entitlement until it is formally released.

Where paid features are introduced, billing and entitlement handling may be processed by the relevant platform provider. Availability may vary by app version, target, region, or release stage.

6. Evidence, uploads, and profiling content

If you submit profile entries, upload documents, photos, or other evidence, you confirm that you have the right to upload that material and that it does not unlawfully disclose confidential, private, or protected information.

We may store and display that material as part of the app workflow you are using. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you provide.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the apps, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
  • Do not attempt to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit protected app content except where law clearly allows it.

8. Intellectual property

The Sparky's Capstone Ready name, family branding, app content, product design, and software remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated. Your use of the apps does not transfer ownership rights.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the apps will be suitable for every training, licensing, or workplace scenario.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, Sparky's Capstone Ready is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the apps.

10. Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply in another jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
