Carry-Over
Incomplete tasks can move forward to Today so they are not forgotten. Carry-over count and task age help you decide whether to finish, reschedule, park, or break a task down.

Momentum Score rewards completed work. Medium and high priority tasks count more, and carried-over tasks get extra credit when completed.
Recovery Mode appears when task debt gets heavy. It shows a small set of recommended tasks and lets you complete, park, reschedule, or break tasks down.
Use Settings to export a JSON backup. To restore, choose the backup file from Settings. Restore merges tasks by task ID to help prevent duplicates.
CSV export is designed for spreadsheets. PDF export is designed for a readable archive of your current task data. Exported files are created only when you choose to create them.
Widgets show a compact local snapshot of today's task count, priorities, and momentum summary. If a widget looks stale, open Daily Momentum once to refresh the local widget snapshot.
Notifications are local. You can enable or disable notification categories in Daily Momentum Settings and change system permission in iOS Settings.
